Cookie Policy

  1. The cookies policy complies with the legal requirements resulting from Art. 173, 174 and 209 of the Act of July 16, 2004. Telecommunications law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907, as amended) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 94/46 / EC (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04/05/2016, p. 1) (“GDPR”) and implementing the GDPR – By the Act of May 10, 2018. on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000, as amended).
  2. The terms used in the Cookies Policy have the following definitions:

    2. User – any person (internet user) who visits the website (and all subpages) on which the Website is available,
    3. Cookies Policy – this document,
    4. Website – website available at wt300.eu,
    5. Cookies, Cookies – IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s pages; Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number,
    6. In addition, the meanings of the terms defined in the Privacy Policy apply to the remainder.
  3. The Administrator declares that the Website does not automatically collect any information about the User, apart from the information contained in cookie files. In particular, the Administrator declares that the so-called tracking cookies, i.e. files that allow you to spy on Users.
  4. The Website Administrator declares that cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. Adjusting the content of the Website to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of websites. In particular, these files allow to recognize the User’s device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs.
    2. Maintaining the User’s session (if logged in) and on each subpage of the Website.
    3. Create statistics that are the basis for the analysis of how Users use the Website.
  5. The Administrator declares that the following types of cookies are used on the Website:

    7. files enabling the provision of content to Users more tailored to their interests.

Each User may at any time independently define the conditions for the use of cookies on their end device using the settings of their own web browser.
  8. The user may at any time change the settings for cookies, e.g. partially limit (e.g. temporarily) or completely disable the option of saving cookies. Restrictions on the use of cookies may, however, affect some of the functionalities available on the Website pages. The Administrator reserves that disabling cookies necessary for Authentication and Security may make it difficult to use the disposable-laynard.eu website and in extreme cases may prevent the use of the wt300.eu website.

The web browser settings in the field of cookies are important from the point of view of consent to the use of cookies by the wt300.eu website – such consent may also be expressed through the settings of the web browser. If cookies are not blocked, you consent to the processing of data obtained through cookies by the Administrator or the Administrator’s Trusted Partners.
  10. If the User does not consent to the data obtained by means of cookies being processed by the Administrator or Trusted Entities, the User should change the settings of the web browser regarding cookies on his end device accordingly.
  11.
