What are the purposes and legal grounds for the processing of your personal data and for how long will they be processed?

  1. Purposes and legal grounds for processing personal data

Our processing of your personal data always requires a clear legal basis. The GDPR provides for several types of such legal grounds for data processing, and in the case of using the wt300.eu Website, including our Services, there will be, as a rule, three of them.

First of all, we process your personal data in order to perform contracts concluded with you, including, among others, so that you can use the Services and that we can provide them to you. Our legitimate interest consists in the need to adjust the content of the Websites to the preferences of the Users and to optimize the use of websites, as well as the need to create statistics that are the basis for analyzing how you and other Users use the Website and on this basis, among others prepare such content, and in such form, which is of greatest interest or demand.

Thirdly, we process your personal data by properly aggregating them in order to conduct an educational mission through forms of marketing regarding the products and Services of our or our Trusted partners (including analyzing and profiling data of user groups for the purposes of the educational and marketing mission). The legal basis for such processing of personal data is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a) GDPR, i.e. your voluntary, explicit consent to such processing.

  1. The period for which the data will be processed

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract for the provision of Services and after the end of such contract, in order for the parties to fully settle the benefits and obligations arising from the contract, until the expiration of the limitation period for claims under such contract, specified in applicable regulations, both the service provider (Data Administrator) and the service recipient, and in the field of tax settlements, for the period of limitation of tax liabilities, resulting from the currently applicable regulations (currently, the period of limitation of tax liabilities is 5 years from the end of the tax year in which it became necessary to pay tax on the services provided Services for you).

We will process the data processed due to our legitimate interest until you file an effective objection.

However, the data processed by us on the basis of your consent will be processed only until you withdraw your consent or terminate the contract.

Who has access to your data? Information about data recipients.

We will never transfer your data, we will not sell it or exchange it for any purposes, including marketing, with other entities. Your data will be transferred only to our Trusted Partners, i.e. external companies acting on our behalf, e.g. IT service providers. Data provided to external entities (“Trusted Partners”) will be used only to provide you with our Services or perform contracts concluded with you (e.g. collection of equipment or payment processing). At the same time, Trusted Partners process data on the basis of a contract concluded with us and only in accordance with our instructions, our Privacy Policy and information security standards.
In addition, your data may be transferred to entities authorized to obtain them on the basis of applicable law, offices and bodies authorized to process data on the basis of specific legal provisions, e.g. law enforcement authorities in the event of a request by the authority on the appropriate legal basis.

What rights do you have?

  1. Right of access to data
    You have the right to request information from us at any time about whether and which of your personal data we store, including obtaining a copy of the data. To do this, please contact us – you will receive this information by e-mail.
  2. The right to rectify data
    You have the right to request rectification (correction) of your personal data if they are incorrect, as well as to complete incomplete data.
  3. Right to delete data (right to be forgotten)
    You have the right to request the deletion of any data processed by us. If you request the deletion of data that is necessary for us to perform the contract or provide the Services, then the deletion of data will result in the termination of this Agreement, and we will no longer be able to provide you with the Services, because we will no longer be able to process your data, including we will not be able to store them.
  4. Right to restriction of data processing
    You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data under the following conditions:

    In the case of processing your personal data in an automated manner, based on your consent or a concluded contract, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and readable format. This copy may be sent to you or to another entity. This only applies to personal data that has been provided to us.
  6. Right to object
    You have the right to object to the processing of your data based on the legitimate interest of the Service Provider. In such a situation, we will stop processing your personal data processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, unless we are able to find a legitimate justification for this process that will override your interest or right; or due to legal claims.
  7. Right to withdraw consent

Is there a data requirement?

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the objectives of the Agreement. Failure to provide data marked as necessary to provide the Services to you will prevent their provision. To a minimum extent, the provision of data is made automatically (e.g. IP address).
